Multi-use building

The Tafira Campus contains multi-use buildings II, III and IV, managed by the ULPGC’s Technological Science Park Canarian Foundation (FCPCT) and the Society for the Economic Promotion of Gran Canaria (SPEGC) for projects which are technological and innovative in nature, and qualified employment intensive.

Building characteristics

• Offices with different square metreage, from 25 to 60 m² approximately
• Furnished or unfurnished.
• Internet connection.
• Basic supplies (electricity up to 3.6 kw)
• Opportunity for user to sign a contract for a further ADSL line.
• Basic cleaning (bins emptied) and cleaning of common areas.
• Utility room and kitchen/or catering, vending machines.
• 24H access with access card.
• Rest area.
• Work and meeting rooms (cost free, subject to prior reservation).
• Postal mail reception .
• Security and maintenance.
• Parking area (dependent on availability)
