The Maritime-Marine Innovation Centre has been designed to house innovative companies engaged in technology projects, technology-related or innovative solutions, or advanced digital services within the field of maritime and marine activity in Gran Canaria.

The audiovisual building Gran Canaria sets covers a total constructed area of approximately 6000 m2, me up of to sets of 1200 m2 and 1800 m2 with attached facilities.

The Gran Canaria Technological Park (PTGC)
The Gran Canaria Technological Park (PTGC) offers different work spaces to entrepreneurs and companies with innovative business projects and/or projects based on Information and Communication Technologies (ICT).
The spaces to attract projects of a technological and/or innovative nature, and which are qualified employment intensive, to the PTGC are designed for legal entities developing projects meeting the requisites specified in the offer.
The spaces are located at the two headquarters of the Gran Canaria Technological Park (PTGC); specifically these are:
- • The Canary Island Trade Fair Compound (PTGC-RFC): this is where the b Pavilion, the Incube Building, the Pasarela Building and the Tic-Turismo Demonstrator Centre are to be found.
- And at the Tafira University Campus (PTGC-Campus de Tafira): this is where the multi-use Polivalente III and Polivalente IV Buildings can be found.

The spaces to attract projects to the Gran Canaria Technological Park are designed for projects of a technological and/or innovative nature, and which are qualified employment intensive, which bring differential value and/or represent improvement for the local setting.
Innovative and/or technological companies in the growth stage can find premises in the consolidation spaces.
Incubated and newly created companies developing technological and/or innovative projects, having started their business or professional activity no more than two years previously, may apply for an incubation space, where they can receive a business support service for the incubation of their projects, offered by the Spegc and the FCPCT-ULPGC.
Any company interested may apply for the right to use rooms in the PTGC spaces to hold events, meetings, training activities, etc. which meet the established requisites.
There are currently no spaces available for the renting of rooms in the PTGC-Recinto Ferial de Canarias.
